Passengers claiming baggage loss or damage must file a written report with Catalina Express prior to leaving the terminal area, as Catalina Express will not be responsible for any loss or damage not so reported. Catalina Express reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed item 30 days from date of receipt.
IMPORTANT: We make every attempt to recover lost items and return them to the owners. However, if your lost article is NOT found, you will NOT be contacted. If your lost item is recovered, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
