When you arrive to Catalina, visit the Catalina Island Conservancy Trailhead to obtain your hiking permit and check out the hiking maps for more guidance.
Relax on the Beach
Descanso Beach Club is one of the only beaches in Southern California that you can sip on a cocktail on the sand, so sit back and catch up on the past couple months. You can rent a cabana or lounge chairs for the day or sit out on your favorite beach towel. DBC has a restaurant and bar you can order lunch from and even a new frozen cocktail spot called CHILL. Water activities like kayaks and standup paddle boards are available if you would like to paddle around and explore the Catalina coastline.
