We invite qualified travel advisors to join the Catalina Express Travel Professional Partner Program and provide their clients seamless access to island transportation.

Approved Travel Professional Partners receive access to:

• Dedicated affiliate booking dashboard to book, track, and review reservations
• Real-time ferry availability
• Marketing resources, including sample itineraries and digital Catalina Express Magazine
• Familiarization opportunities
• Travel partner newsletter updates
• Commissions payable upon completed travel

Group rates are available for 20 or more adults traveling together round-trip.

Catalina Express is pleased to host qualified travel professionals for familiarization (FAM) trips to Catalina Island.

Travel professionals interested in participating must submit a Familiarization Trip Interest Request Form. Submission of the form does not guarantee participation. Catalina Express will contact eligible applicants when a FAM trip opportunity becomes available.

FAM trips are offered periodically and space is limited. Invitations are extended at Catalina Express’ discretion based on program participation, booking activity, and availability. Approved participants will receive trip details, travel dates, and confirmation instructions at the time of invitation.

Catalina Express reserves the right to determine eligibility and participation requirements and may modify or discontinue the FAM program at any time.

To be considered for booking system access, travel advisors must:

• Have at least one (1) active or upcoming booking request
• Provide a valid and qualifying IATA/IATAN or CLIA membership number

If affiliated with a host agency or storefront agency, applicants must also provide agency information, including the agency’s IATA/CLIA number, mailing address, phone number, and primary agency contact email.

Travel professionals may apply for access to the Catalina Express Travel Professional Partner Program by selecting the appropriate registration option below.

• Register under a host agency

If you work for an umbrella organization, such as a host agency or a storefront travel agency with multiple advisors, you must provide the agency’s information, including the IATA or CLIA number, mailing address, phone number, and primary agency email address.

Please ensure all required information is completed accurately. Incomplete applications may delay processing.

New registrations require up to seven (7) business days for review and approval following submission. All applications are subject to approval.
